Healthy pancake recipe

Who said the taste and health do not go alongside? Pancakes love to eat, but do not get worried about health – if the situation is such, then take this recipe. Pancake has a great “healthy” recipe.

Hollmil flour 1 cup
Baking powder Half tea spoon
2 tablespoons of sugar (if you want honey can also, besides sugar)
Egg 1
1 cup of milk
Butter or olive oil 2 tablespoons (melted)
Small olive oil / butter (for frying)
  • Mix all the ingredients together well together.
  • Heat a non-stick stick pan and keep the medium with a spoon (a spoonful of pulse).
  • -When the Bubble starts up, turn over. Take down after 1 minute.
  • Serve with a banana, seasoned banana or your favorite sauce.
